Introducing strengths

What do you really love doing at work? What makes you feel alive and satisfied and as if you are performing at your best?

For too long organisations have focused attention primarily on capability and competency. We have been told to work out what we are good at and bad at, develop the bad stuff and keep doing the good stuff. But human beings are more than this. We also have emotional needs, to feel fulfilled, interested, absorbed and that we are progressing in what we do. When these needs are met we feel well, we feel valued and appreciated for our individuality, and we perform at our best.

We apply the strengths approach to all stages of the talent cycle (recruitment, engagement, leadership, progression, change). We apply it to individuals, teams and organisational issues. It can be introduced without a major intervention or through a large change programme. It is simply a change of perspective, a tweaking of everything that you currently do, and can easily fit alongside your current practices.

Our book will give you a lot of information about how we do this, but please get in touch if you want to find out more!
